Eastview Mall
Step into A Higher Form of Shopping at Eastview
Eastview is the premier shopping destination in Western New Work. We are home to several stores that are exclusive to the Rochester and upstate New York area including Apple, Brooks Brothers, LEGO, L.L. Bean, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Madewell, and Warby Parker. The mall is also home to the only Von Maur department store in the northeast, and the first-ever Dick’s House Of Sport.

The Marketplace is home to JCPenney, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Dave & Buster’s, Lands’ End, Floor & Decor, M&T Bank, and IndyKart Raceway.
The University of Rochester Medical Center has repurposed the former Sears Wing into a new state-of-the-art Orthopaedic Campus. This transformative development has been a catalyst for the reinvention of the property into mixed-use; providing retail, entertainment and services all under one roof.
On December 31, 2025, the interior of the mall closed to the public for redevelopment. Stores with exterior entrances can be accessed from the outside.
